Twelve executives is a small group, and small groups are where island hopping either works beautifully or falls apart. Three islands in one programme means three arrivals, three sets of logistics and two crossings, and every one of them is a chance for the trip to become a day spent moving luggage.
Folegandros, Milos and Paros are three genuinely different islands rather than three versions of the same one, which is the whole argument for going to more than one. The group slept in a windmill, sailed between islands rather than queuing for them, cooked, and finished by smashing plates, which is a real Greek tradition and not a performance staged for visitors.
At twelve people a programme can be this specific. That is the trade: the smaller the group, the less it has to compromise, and the more the itinerary can be built around who is actually in it.
