Epicure Greece is a boutique luxury travel designer on Santorini. We take on seven to eight journeys a year, by design, so the people who plan your journey are the same people standing beside you while it happens.

Epicure was built on more than twenty years working for award-winning travel companies, and on a network of partners kept deliberately personal: hoteliers, captains, chefs and drivers we know by name across the islands.

That is what access means here. Tables beside the chef, doors that do not open from the street, a sunset watched from a private deck instead of a queue. Every journey is designed around Greece as it is actually lived, from gastronomy and culture to history, mythology and wellness, and tailored to the occasion that brings you.

We stay small because the alternative is handing you off. Nobody here does that.

Murray Decker

Greek: Mario

More than a decade in the travel industry, over 95 countries travelled and three continents lived on. Murray has worked for several international award-winning tour operators and travel companies across Europe, Asia and Australia.

Greek: Evripidi

Born and raised in Thessaloniki, Evripidis followed a family of academics and graduated in pharmacy from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Now living on Santorini, he loves connecting people with his country: unique areas, authentic activities, hidden corners.

“I am passionate about life sciences, languages, biology, adventures and any sport that involves a bouncing ball.”

Greek: Rosa

An experienced travel director, Rose spent the last seven years guiding travellers across two continents, specialising in Greece, Spain, Ireland and the Philippines. Of all of them, Greece is the one that stole her heart.

“For me, it is the people, their charm and I am enchanted by the unique individuality of each island and town. It is not hard to fall in love with Greece.”
